Xbox Live Gold Code

Hi guys, I put in a new xboxlivegold code over my XboxLive Account in the Internet which then said that the transaction was successful. Then I tried to play on my xboxone which said that I do not have a current xboxlivegold membership and if I want to activate
the code on my xbox it says that the code is already used.

What should I do now?

MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

Hi! it can take a while to register your gold, so it should be fixed in a few hours max. You can also try to redownload your profile and see if it is recognised.

Hey xbox live i have a problem with play online but my xbox live gold is paid for 2/18/2019 why it still telling me to pay for gold ?

Sometimes when you add a code its good to restart your xbox so your profile can be read by the live servers again.

Settings> Power and startup> turn off or restart> restart now

You can also remove and re add your profile, but make sure you remember your email and password before you do that. Heres a link for that
