    Why is my Xbox One saying that I can't play Killer Instinct online?

    Hi.

    When I got the Xbox, I put in the 14 day trial code that came with it. Now, it hasn't been two weeks, but when I try to play Killer Instinct online, the Xbox sends me to a screen with options for Xbox Live Gold memberships.

    I'm confused. I thought that I must have not entered it, so I tried again. It said the code has been used.

    What's going on? I have an Xbox Live card, but I don't want to put that in because I'm afraid it might not work like this one didn't.

    Xbox Live trial codes, or any other codes, are not given out over the forums. What's the specific error code you get when you select 'Try Gold' on the Xbox 360 dashboard? Have you finished setting up your Xbox Live profile by adding your billing info? If
