My Xbox tells me that i own XBL Gold but if i want to Play online it tells me that i dont own Gold

MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

Are you still having trouble connecting to Xbox Live or has the issue cleared up for you? There was some trouble our team was aware of recently, but that should be cleared up now.

Hi I just bought my son Xbox live gold, and when we try to sign into Live it fails and We keep getting this error code 8015190e, Don't know what to do????

Just so that I understand correctly.

1. You bought a prepaid code for xbox live gold.

2. You try and enter the code and it gives you an error message to contact xbox support?

Or

You are trying to purchase xbox live and it is saying that your payment failed to process and to contact xbox support?

Hello Cambojian,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look up the code and se what region it is in. Also keep in mind if you are

switching your region correctly you will have to wait 3 months to switch it again.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
