    Xbox Live Gold Code can't be redeemed


    Hi! So, i bought a xbox live gold code yesterday and wanted to redeem it. But when I redeemed it, only a loading symbol appeared and nothing else happened (screenshot 3 & 1). I didn't get any confirmation that I redeemed the code successfully and don't see
    any of it in my services and subscriptions (screenshot 2).

    Can that cohere with the current alert message you can see on xbox.com/status ?

    Keep in mind that you can't redeem trial codes (for 48hours or 14days of Xbox Live Gold) if you currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    What I think he's referring to is that he redeem code, however you can't play on Xbox Live. Did you redeem the code on Xbox.com? If yes, it takes a few hours for the gold membership to activate on your account
