Assinei xbox live gold pra faturar mensalmente, porém este mês vieram duas cobranças referentes 29/01 no valor de 29,90 cada.

o que devo fazer para reaver este valor, minha dúvida próximo mês vira em dobro novamente? Como resolver?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums. If you are seeking a refund, then as our Ambassador, Parity, stated you may use the online request form to do so. It is supported in your region.

If you’d like to request a refund for a purchase,
fill in the fields on the form and we’ll review your request promptly. Be sure to sign in to and submit your request from the account you used to make the purchase. You’ll need to provide the order number for each item. Order numbers can be found by signing
in to your Microsoft account.
After you submit the refund request, you’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the support team within 72 hours.
