I have the exact same problem. I bought 3 month gold 2 weeks ago, and it already ran out. I hope we both get our problem fixed.

Never heard of either of these places... always a little sketch to do it.

EDIT: Seems it went up to 43$ now.

Xbox Support so that they may take a look into your account and see what exactly is going on with your Xbox live Subscription.

In regards to the subscription already ending I would like to suggest for you to double check your subscription time on your account via: https://account.microsoft.com/services/
just to verify that the redemption went through successfully. (if you haven't done so already)

If so I would recommend for you to try to contact
Live Support.It could be they may just need to refresh your subscription on their end.

The prepaid card you mentioned. Is this a card to redeem Xbox Live Gold? If yes, did it say it was successfully redeemed?

I'm asking you this because your gamercard shows that you're still a Xbox Live Silver member.
