    Xbox live gold been canceled!?!?


    Hi Support,

    There is a problem between us! On the 2nd of November, we bought a xbox live for one month, we canceled the automatic renewal. Then, on the 2nd of decembre we use a code we bought for a one year xbox live gold. Then we realised around the 20 of december
    that the renewal of the one month live was trying to work, we tried to pay through paypal (thinking we did something wrong for the renewal) but the paypal did not work, which is strange since we try the same day to buy some stuff for the game pinball on xbox
    one and that worked.... And now, our xbox live have been canceled!!! What's going on? How can we get it back? It's been more than ten years that we are on xbox live and we never encoutered such a problem. We want it to be fix as soon as possible!

    I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    Day 23/12/17, I canceled my xbox live gold, today I received the news that xbox live gold has been renewed anyway and I am being charged for it.
