Xbox live gold badge on profile

It sounds like you are referring to Xbox Live Tenure badges on peoples profiles.

These are displayed on peoples profiles, when they have Xbox Live Gold. The number in the middle indicates how long they have been on the program.

Which badges do you have?

There are only 3 badges:

Gold Live years

XBOX ambassador

XBOX MVP

I have the same problem, I have been an Xbox live gold subscriber for 14 year, I just noticed the gold badge on other profiles, but it's not on mine..

How can I remove and readd my Xbox Profile?

Restart your Xbox Console doesn’t work.

‘Wait for the next billing cycle and after renewal check again as well if the badge is reflected’ This is not a option because renewal date is late 2025..

things like that can take quite some time to pop up again, mine has been gone for quite some time for unknown reason and at some point it was back again.

For now as things to try you can try the following:

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that fails try:

please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there. If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned before
3. Redownload your profile
