I have just stopped my game pass re-occurring as from 26th April, as this includes Xbox live/gold will I need to resubmit an Xbox live/gold purchase,to receive the new benefit of not paying for Xbox live/gold so I can play multiplayer?

You lose access ea play if you remove xgu any games with gold games wont run on f2p

Now this makes sense, slightly misleading the way this advertisement has be promoted, have to read the small print to understand what’s included.

Battlefield 5 is not a free-to-play game, so yes, you'll need a subscription in order to play it online.

So when my game pass subscription ends next week I won’t need to update to Xbox live/gold to continue to play eg Battlefield 5 on multiplayer? If that’s the case, brilliant.

you will need gold to play battlefield 5 as that is not a free to play game.

also if you have a lot of games with gold games they will not work once your sub ends.
