    Xbox Live Gold is the premium subscription service for Xbox Live, which allows online multiplayer on Xbox One and Xbox 360, along with Games With Gold and Deals With Gold, and other benefits. What is this second "Gold" to which you're referring, please?

    Yeah, it sounds like you are referring to the same thing. So only one subscription is needed.

    live gold is the subscription, its just the one that lets you play online

    and then you get discounts on games and monthly free games to download

    XBox Live Gold and Gold

    I have two subsciptions that say “Xbox Live Gold” and the other “Gold- 1 Month”. Main game that is played is Fortnite but i think I can cancel the “Gold- 1 month”

    These two terms refer to the same service. If you want to play online i.e. multiplayer then you will need to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold.

    They are both the same thing and you need it to play online. If you were asking about Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass then also you don't need both, but both are of great values and use.

    If you mean xbox live gold yes....because xbox live is the xbox online service platform and xbox live gold is the subscription, and non gold subscribers are still connected to xbox live always.
