    It turn out that i paid the subscription for xbox live gold of a month, it ended yesterday, now I design that I have debited because an automatic renewal has been activated, now it does not let me pay with the gift card that I bought today, in the services
    page only gives me the option to cancel or pay with my balance of $200 mxn , the chat of the technical support is closed, what should I do?

    Seems like it's not asking you for a Game Pass but it's asking you to subscribe to an Xbox Live Gold subscription, the reason why Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is one of the options is due to the Xbox Live Gold included on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    You will be needing to subscribe to either Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game, Ghosty2506.

    No Jay. Game pass is separate from Xbox live gold and ultimate which is both game pass and gold. You need Xbox live gold to play online multiplayer games.
