Xbox Live Gold account renewed online but not showing up on Xbox 360 console

Hi.

My Xbox Live Gold account has been renewed online via the xbox.com website and I can see that it is now registed until November 2016. but this is not showing up on Xbox 360 console. When I look on the Xbox 360 console I see a banner telling me that 'Time
is running out' to renew Xbox Live Gold and even though I'm logging in with the same GamerTag, when I look on the console at the account, it shows me that the expiry is set for November 2015, as if it cannot see my xbox.com renewal on the same account/gamertag.

Please can anyone offer any advice?

What happened why you try to obtain the latest Games with Gold title? Are you able to do that yet? What error message are you seeing specifically and are you seeing any error code?

Renewed Xbox Gold Account not showing up on console

I renewed my xbox live gold account on the microsoft website on my PC where it currently shows I have a gold subscription. My console is still trying to tell me to sign up for gold. It has been over 24 hours since the purchase, I have reset my router, held
the power down on the console and unplugged it for several minutes and powered it back on, and tried deleting my account and adding it to the console again. None of this has worked and this seems to be the most common suggestions I kept reading. Any further
help would be nice considering I can't do anything online at the moment.

This is a glitch and your membership should continue through. If you have issues at the time of your renewal, please give phone support a call for further assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

BsK79 its because your current subscription to Live has expired. You will need to renew it either online here at xbox.com or you can do it through your console. Again this link will show you the necessary steps to get your account back to a Gold status.

The Xbox LIVE Gold trial membership provides temporary access to the features of Xbox LIVE, including online multiplayer gaming.

When you set up an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console, you follow an account creation sign-up process so that you can access Xbox Live Free membership features, assuming that you have a broadband Internet connection. At the end of the account creation process,
you can upgrade to a Gold membership. If you don’t upgrade, you can receive a free Gold trial.

The Gold trial is associated with a single gamertag and can’t be added to an existing membership. A total of three trial accounts are available per console, and this limitation cannot be reset. After a user has created three trial accounts, the user no longer
receives a message that provides the opportunity to create a Gold trial account.

To use the Gold trial, you must add a payment instrument to your account.

At the end of the trial period, the Gold trial membership automatically renews to a paying membership that renews monthly by default. The membership will renew to the payment instrument that was added.
