Xbox Live Gold Account not working

I've been trying to play some games in xbox live in Xbox One but it forwards me to the Xbox live gold purchase screen. I bought one year service and it ends until 19-January-2017, so I really don't know what's the problem with my account. Please your support
to solve this issue. Regards.

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

question about digital games without gold

If they are on xbox one and the xbox they are playing on has someone with a live account their accounts have live too.

Also, digital don't require gold, only online. So make sure what you are buying doesn't require online play and they will be fine.

As others noted, you have to buy it on their account unless you are sharing systems with them else it will be locked to you and you can't give digital stuff away from your own account.

All games work without gold except online required games (soley online play) and they will say golds required if you read the small print.

Hey there,

It looks like the account you're posting from is an Xbox Live Silver account. Is there an Xbox Live Gold account on your Xbox One console that was sharing the Gold privileges with your account? With the Xbox One Home feature, you can share Xbox Live Gold
with any other account that is signed into that console, however that feature does not work on an Xbox 360 console, which is why you may notice that Gold features work on one console and not the other.

Keep us posted if that helps clear up what the issue may be.

I think that only gamertags/accounts created on the Xbox will receive the free Xbox live trial,also if your going to have 2 or more Xbox Live Gold Accounts it may work out cheaper getting a Family Gold Xbox Live Pack,might be worth checking

If only one account has gold then that account can get onto xbox live on any console regardless of the "my home xbox" feature.

Xbox live sharing does not work on xbox 360, so you will need more subscriptions for each other account that doesn't have gold.

On the xbox one the my home xbox feature will share xbox live gold and digital games (not all DLC) to all other accounts on that console when the account with gold is the "my home xbox" account but that does not share to backwards compatible games on xbox
one.

I'm assuming you're refering to this raptr promotion
raptr.com/.../xbox-live-free-gold-subscription. This promotion only works if you currently have an Xbox silver account, if you're currently a gold member the promotion code won't work.
