    Xbox live gold account missing


    I Recently bought an Xbox live gold account for 12 months. Had an Xbox one that was used and had to return it. I logged out of my account and bought a new Xbox one. Used my Xbox live gold account once on the new Xbox and now it’s missing how do I get it
    back?? Tried to remove my account resigned in and still nothing.

    Hey Corruption -

    Do you have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription on this Xbox Live account? If you're seeing a price for the game, that may be an indication that your Xbox Live account is missing a Gold subscription which you would need to access features like Games with
    Gold.

    Double check and let us know. :)

    Xbox Live Gold Tenure goes by concurrent Gold Membership, If you missed some Gold for a while it will do that.

    If you actually did miss it, you are probably the only person on the planet that did not know you need an XBox Live Gold account in order to use most of the internet functionality.

    ok. Thanks for the help. How about this scenario.

    Xbox 1 - Set as my Home Xbox with Gold, but uses separate free membership account.

    Xbox 2- Set as Home Xbox with free membership, but I sign in and play with The Gold account.

    Would this allow the two consoles to share Xbox Live? Or am I missing something here?
