    Hi -

    One of our Xbox Live GOLD accounts logs us out EVERY TIME we START a game OR switch to another mode WITHIN a current game..

    It also takes a LONG time to log into the account..

    Our other Xbox Live GOLD account DOES NOT have ANY of these problems..

    We SHARE the same Xbox 360; no problems with internet/wi-fi..

    Is there a way to RESET the one account in which this problem is occurring?

    Is there way to do a RESET on our Xbox 360 (slim) like the Original Xbox (controller button combo reboot)?

    What would be the BEST way (if any) to resolve this?

    The only thing I can think to do is RESET the WHOLE Xbox 360 (format HD, etc, stock settings) and RE-INSTALL everything; including our accounts..

    I WOULD RATHER NOT DO THIS! (have TONS of games, themes, gamer pictures, etc, etc).. =)

    Buy X1 Now or Wait For Halo 5/Holidays

    Hard to say. You can wait for the 1T bundles, or you can get down on the X1 now.

    But regardless of what you do, I recommend buying Xbox Live Gold now and making an account. If you already have a 360 with a Gold account, good. Just log onto Xbox.com and go to Game With Gold and start downloading the free games every month. If you do get a Xbox One later when Halo 5 releases, you will have 10 free games waiting for you. do this right now if you are in position to. If you wait until July, ou will be missing out on Pool Nation and Massive Chalice.

    Cannot find games for gold

    We are having the same problem.

    My son has Xbox Live Gold. If we log into his account, we never see a games with gold tile. If we search for the specific game that we know is available, the search will not find the game.

    If we log out of xbox live, or use another account, the games with gold tile is right there! but if we click on it, it wants us to buy the game.

    How can we fix this? We've gone a few months and not been able to download anything.. and we REALLY wanted Battleblock theater!

    There could be three things we need to look at first I would have said your connections however you say that all your other profiles work fine you can use this link to see if it would help

    the last thing I would check is your profile at the Microsoft account website it may need updating sometime your profile will kick you out however you should get a message of some sort so I would check that out and see if it needs to be verified or updated

  5. First you will want to clear your system cache by going to your setting then you will go to system then go to storage, then highlight your storage device you have then press Y go down to where it says Clear system Cache, do this three time then you will
    want to delete your profile from the console, be sure that you know your password and email to sign into your account with, you can delete your profile without harming any of your saved content by selecting your devices then go to profiles then select your
    profile then select delete then it will give you two option you will select profile only then turn off your xbox then redownload your profile that should fix the problem

    Chariot, is this months offering for the games with gold program. I would Imagine since the library is limited,getting 2 free titles every month is not going to happen for some time. If we were Given 2 new games every month that library would diminish rather

    Are you sure about that? It has been one whole month since my original post. Last time this happened, it took less than a week to handle, and that happened right after the program started too so there was bound to be problems for that first month.
    This is for February...and it will be May next week...

    Challenge 1: Earn 2 achievement in a February Games with Gold title

    - I got every achievement in Crazy Taxi that month, so i did this one 6 times over

    Challenge 2: Play 3 different games (30 minute each minimum)

    - Guitar Hero: Live, Crazy Taxi, Celeste, AER: Memories of Old

    Challenge 3: Login to your Xbox account on 10 different days

    - Across the four games above, I have achievement timestamps for the following days: 2/3, 2/4, 2/13, 2/14, 2/15, 2/18, 2/19, 2/20, 2/23, 2/25, 2/28

    - So a total of at least 11 days, and I know I logged in occasionally between these dates too

    - On the Xbox Quests page a Frequently Asked Question is "What is considered a log in on Xbox" and the response is "Turn on your console and sign in to your Xbox Live account.". No specified time of remaining logged in was stated in the Terms & Conditions.
    Regardless, I logged in at least 11 days

    Why is this taking so long to check? It's ridiculous enough that this has happened once before and last time I finished one of these, I got a game I already owned and was told "If that is your first time receiving the game through an Xbox Quest promotion,
    I'm afraid we are unable replace the codes.". These quests become less and less worth it each time I try and I don't think another free month of gold will convince me to renew after this. (Which is something I already got...a month of gold code and a game
    I already owned)
