Xbox live gold account is corrupted?

Do you have a current Xbox Live Gold subscription on this Xbox Live account? If you're seeing a price for the game, that may be an indication that your Xbox Live account is missing a Gold subscription which you would need to access features like Games with
Gold.

Double check and let us know.

The promotion could be locked due to previously having xbox live paid on that same promtion and/or due to change of location due to other things.

We can only suggest that the xbox support team will have most knowledge on that promotion than some of us. Please remember to check its Terms and other possibility

The issue could stem from the fact that this is meant for new accounts. "From 2/12/2019 to 2/21/2019,
new members buying Xbox Live Gold 1 Month for $2 will get a second month automatically added to their account at no extra charge. See your next billing date here: https://account.microsoft.com/services."

That would explain why the new account you created was able to purchase the promotion but your other account was not able to.

What happens is that it doesn't ask for a payment method, when I click in "download" appears an error message, it says: "This file is corrupted or it isn't avayable in your region. Please try again".

I don't live in the US, actually I live in Brazil, but my xbox live gold account is from USA, I tried to region migrate my account to the brazillian xbox live but I cant, I've checked the things that can go wrong in the region migration process and none
of those is happening to my account.

Do you have a Live Gold subscription? Needed for online play

Are you on a child account? Won't work as GTA is 18+

Could also be a corrupted local profile or your Rockstar Social Club Account (whatever that is) has been banned.
