Xbox live gold account code error

Good day, I have a problem with the use of a code for a gold membership when I'll use the code, system I write, that the given code does not exist, thank you for the advice and the answer.

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

Microsoft looking into Error Code 0x8004888d

I haven't seen this error yet, but a lot of people aren't able to connect to live. Maybe you are among the people suffering from error code "0x8004888d". It pops up whenever someone tries to sign into their account. So far the news is that Microsoft is working hard to fix the issue. So are you having the problems?

Sorry I can't help you. I bought a redeemcode for another 12 month gold membership yesterday. And when I type it in the Xbox site tells me 'something is wrong'! I don't know what to do.

me to i have 2 7 day trials when i try to redeem it on console it says "that the given code does not exist" and on pc it gives me error code XBOS-3010

Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A

The beta codes can only be redeemed by the primary gold xbox live account on the console. Also you need Gold to be able to play this game.

The SVC60017 error is given because you're trying to get the game on a sliver account.

I have the same error when redeeming the 12 month gold membership code, on My Account page on Xbox live website.

I have tried from the console and website.
