    I've had an Xbox Live Gold subscription on my Xbox One S since I bought it. I recently bought a refurbished Xbox 360 S console because I got some used Xbox 360 games and found out they were not backward compatible with my Xbox One. After setting the 360
    S up, I wanted to connect it to my Xbox Live Gold account so I could also play the 360 games that came with Live Gold on the 360 S ( yes, I know I can play them on the One S, but I wanted to be able to play them on the 360 S as well, lol....) , but the only
    thing it shows on the 360 S settings is Xbox Live. and when I select that, it goes to a page where it wants me to purchase a new Xbox Live Gold account.

    My question is, do I have to buy a separate Gold account for the 360 S ( which ain't happening MS, sorry...), or is there a way to connect the 360 S to the Gold account that my One S is using?

    Xbox Live gold sharing is not a feature on Xbox 360. So if you want Xbox Live gold on both accounts on your xbox 360 console you would need to purchase a subscription for both accounts.

    Unfortunately, you won't be able to create an Xbox Live Gold account without the Xbox Live Gold membership, and that goes for the 360 accounts as well.

    Please ensure you have Xbox Live Gold on the account you are trying to use on your Xbox 360, Live Gold is not shared between account on the Xbox 360, unless it is a parent and child account.
