Xbox live gold abo paid for 2 yrs on 08/2016 but no longer working !! what can I do ??

Hi, I paid xbox live gold for two years since August and it was working great until now recently. Since 2 days I cannot download, play online or anything anymore. Always asking me my password and to make new subscription for xbox live gold ??? It happened
to me already but my subscription was due for renewal in a month so it was ok, but I don't want to pay again for something that I paid for already, still valid for almost 2 years ??

Any ideas ?

Is there no direct Contact to an X Box 360 Support?

My Problem ist that I was buying one month XBox live Gold with my Bank Account,

but Microfsoft could not get the Money from my Bank because of other Bills and they stopped my Gold Abo...

And I have no Credit Card and my Pay Pal is not working for some Reason and when I try to set my Bank Account again than it says that my Bank Account is actually used for an Abo and I cant delete or change it for this reason...

And there is no other Option to send the Money to Microsoft...

So, what I can do now to send them the Moneyx and get back on Gold?
