Xbox Live Gold 7-day trial and 3 months.

So, my 3-month membership from my local retailer arrived today, and I just remembered I redeemed an 7-day Xbox live gold code. Is there any way to cancel this trial? What happens if I redeem my 3-month membership code while my trial is active?

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

If you have the gold trial you cant play madden online or other features. Xbox actually requires you to have the real gold and not just the trial to access some of its gold features. Its complete bs but i found this out last month when i tried playing madden 18 online with my 7 day trial. It didnt work until i spent 9.99 on a 1 month real gold woth a credit card. Good luck

Some games or console bundles may include a prepaid code for a 2, 3, or 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.

The only way to cancel the trial would be to go ahead and add the 3 month card. Trials do not stack so the 3 month card would overwrite any remaining time you have left on the trial.

Every console comes with a free month trial for up to 3 gamertags. In order to get the trial you have to create a brand new account on the console and it will offer you the trial during the gold subscription sign up. You do have to add a payment method in
order to get the trial.

Otherwise, some games do include 2-day, 7-day, or 14-day trials.

I do not believe Xbox offers the one month free trial any longer with new accounts.

you need a Gold Account to play Online. What I see is that you have call of Duty Ghosts. There is a 7 day Trial Gold Code inside. If you use it, you can play 7 days on xbox live
