xbox live gold 3month subscripition wrong expiration date

On a brand new xbox one s i put the code for 14 days free trial subscription that was in the console package. Before it ends i redeem another 3 month prepaid code. After that on my subscriptions details on console settings i can see the expiration date that
is correct and the gold works BUT in the dashboard of the console on the lower right corner says always to renew and when i am going to the gold page from that dashboard opens a page with the month offers and in the top line that writes about the expiration
date, write exactly that "expires on 19/11/2016" (not expired but expires) the expiration date has stuck. Also the membership button on store page dont open. Yesterday my last 3 month subscription was over. I check first that i have no privilges for gold and
then i renew with a new 3month prepaid code. Same thing. I have gold but the date on the page is stucked. before that i call the support and we have done all the possible things that it can be done from me (hard reset, login log out, remove account, made again
my account, factory reset). The number of the case at the support center was 1372526409. My question is what is wrong and how can i solve that?

Do the subscriptions say "cancelled" or did you mean expiration date? For example, does it look something like this:

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2013, Expiration Date: 1/1/2014

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2012, Expiration Date: 1/1/2013

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2011, Expiration Date: 1/1/2012

Is this something similar to what your's looks like? You also mentioned that you have no number? Did you mean you have a zero or nothing is displayed when you look on your Xbox 360/Xbox One? You may have no choice but to wait for one of the Support members
to chime in to investigate what is going on.

 

Halo 4 Gold Trial Invalid Code

I dont have xbox live gold account and there is no expiration date and i have entered everything correctly

 

The xbox live Gold prepaid code will overwrite the trial as you can't stack on top of the trials.
