Xbox live Gold 3 Months Purchase problem !

Hello,I recently tried to buy Xbox live gold for 3 months from my Xbox but after i press on (Confirm Purchase) nothing shows up the tab just goes away.This happend to me when I tried to get the free xbox live gold for 1 month aswell......afterwards i went
to my profile and i was still (Free) and not GOLD can someone help me please ??

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

Can you head over to commerce.microsoft.com to see if the purchase went through? If it did then you would need to contact phone support for your region for assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

If the payment did not go through and you were not billed for the purchase can you try purchasing from the website to see if it will go through?
