Xbox Live Gold 3 months for 3 months no code

Hey...whoever,

I don't remember the last time I purchased more than 1 month without a great deal attached to it, do you? So in May, when I saw on the Xbox Live Gold homepage that they were running a "3 Months for 3 Months" advertisement, I paid 24.99. I believe I saw
in the fine print that you had to purchase it and wait 3 weeks to receive the code, but it's been a month, I haven't received anything, and my Gold status still says it expires in August. I apparently wasted half an hour discussing this with a representative in Xbox
Live Support Chat just to see what the status is, who ended up sending me the link to post it in the forums, by which - understandably - I'm pretty confused and bewildered.

Just reaching out to see what's going on and who can solve this for me.

Xbox live gold buy 3 months get 3 months free

Ordered 3 month xbox live gold 6/10/18, was listed as buy 3 mo get 3 mo free. Only received code for 3 months. Expected additional code within 10 days.

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

Apparently, I can't delete this, but I thought I'd let everyone know the issue has been cleared up: the three weeks stipulation I saw was that they provide the code three weeks BEFORE the end of the first three months.

Depending on where/how you bought 3 months Xbox Live Gold, you don't get a code for Rocket League.

If you bought the 3 months Xbox Live Gold through your console, you should get the game added automatically to your account. Simply download it.

If you bought 3 months in an (online) store, you get the code either printed on the receipt, or via mail from the store. In that case, you'll need to contact the store from which you bought the 3 month code for the Rocket League code.

You need to have xbox live gold to play with other people around the world.I prefer buying a 3 month or 12 month gold membership CODE!!!!!!

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
