Xbox live gold 3 months but unable to download free games

So, I brought 3 months pre paid card yesterday for xbox360, I used online to enter the code, and although I have live access I can not download the free games? I go to the download page to download Dead space (this months game). And it says I have to enter
a new gold membership code?!?! I am so annoyed, can anyone help or explain.

I've just bought a 1 month xbox live gold subscription , but still I'm unable to download the "game with gold" for free, instead it's only letting me download it for full prize

 

Xbox live gold extended but no multiplayer/party possible

xbox live gold expired today, so i extended for 3 months and it says its xbox live till april.

But i cant join party or play multiplayer online.

But i can download xbox live gold games for free.

Does anyone know how to fix it ?

Tryed a lot but nothing worked.

Sorry to hear it. Currently the account you're posting with is showing as Silver, not Gold. If you had used the code on the website it can take a while for it to populate your account. On the console go to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection
Test to speed up this process.
