Xbox Live Gold -- 3 Month Sub ($9.99)

I just recently renewed my Xbox Gold Subscription through my Xbox. It had an option to get 3 months worth for 9.99 TOTAL. So I bought it, But when I go into my account, It shows that I have to pay again on the week of the 19th of December!! That's not even
one month. Now, I was late on my payment so I understand taking one month out of the 3 months, leaving me with 2 months total for 9.99! That is OK with me. But making me pay again in 2 weeks is not correct.

Who do I talk to to get this fixed!?

Order History to double-check the promotion. If the issue persists, use the
Contact Us portal to speak with an agent so we can make sure the subscription renewal dates are corrected.

Xbox Live Gold ($9.99/month) = Online Access to play Multiplayer Games

Xbox Gamepass ($9.99/month) = Access to a library of games to play

Xbox Ultimate Gamepass ($14.99/month) = Gold + Gamepass

Yeah, you can play online. It uses the live account, the only thing is that your account has to be "gold" which means you pay an Xbox Live Gold subscription which is $9.99/month, $24.99/3 months or $59.99/year

Yes. To answer your question xbox live gold is required to play with other people online on xbox live. And its either $9.99 monthly, $24.99 every 3 months, or $59.99 for the year

The option your referring to is the Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack which is $99.99, this is a full 1 time payment, not monthly.

This gives you the ability to add 4 Xbox LIVE Gold members who will all have a 1 year Xbox LIVE Gold subscription.

A normal 1 year subscription costs $59.99 and that is specifically for 1 account, and it is also paid at one time.

Other subscriptions available are 1 month ($9.99 / month), and 3 months ($24.99 / per every 3 months paid in full).
