XBOX Live Gold 3 month digital code won't work on my account.

My XBOX One S came with a 3 month Live Gold Membership Card, but it won't work on my account, saying some error occurred, try again later. I even tried it online, but it gave the same error. So I tried using another account, and it worked on that. Why did
this happen? Why aren't digital codes working on my own account? I even checked the status of my account, and everything seems to be fine. The XBOX Live services are up and running and there isn't any balance due either.

P.S. I used the 14 day trial code previously and it worked.

Xbox Gold Code won't redeem.

I bought a 3 month xbox live gold prepaid code to add to my existing 1 month gold, but the code won't redeem. I keep geting an message that the problem is at your (microsoft/xbox) side and that i sould try again latter. It's 10 hour's latter and still won't
work, pls help.

Hi,

was that 14 day trial still active when you were trying to redeem the 3m one?

If so, then that could have been the cause for the error, since you can't stack any other subscriptions on top of a Trial subscription.

If that was not the case, make sure when redeeming your country on account and xbox.com (or console) are all set to the correct region.

If none of these were an issue and you are experiencing the issue again when trying to redeem a subscription, the best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support (By Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

You can purchase him a prepaid code card (that specifically says xbox live gold) at a store or a digital code for gold on a website like Amazon and he can redeem that on his account in the store or you can log onto his account and go here:

Glad you could reach out. I bought a 12 months Xbox live gold code subscription. And I have more than to 15$ in my wallet to upgrade. I live in Lebanon, but my Microsoft account as well as my Xbox account are set to the united states as there is no Lebanese store. Last year it worked as a charm. Although this Time it won't work. Is the 3 months Xbox ulti gp still available? I've heard it won't require a credit card. I am willing to pay more for this issue to be fixed. Have to continue assassin's Creed Odyssey.
