    Witam.29 grudnia 2018 zakupiłem usługę xbox live gold 3 miesiące.Powinien on wygasnąć dopiero 28 marca 2019 a nie działa od kilku dni.Zakupiłem go jako prezent ale zrealizowałem no swoim koncie.Czego nie działa???

    power cycling     your console. This should refresh the console's connection and allow it to reestablish your subscription. If this does not work, try checking your subscription status on your account; if there are any discrepancies please use the
    Contact Us portal to speak to an agent so we may better resolve this issue.

    Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
