    xbox live gold 2 days doesn't work


    Dear Xbox-people,

    to be honest my english is not the best, but I need help.

    I bought the game fifa16 and in the case there is a code for two day xbox live gold, I wrote the code into xbox.com/de-de/redeemcode... but they said there is an error and I don't know why. I wrote the same code many times and it still doesn't work.

    please tell me why it doesn't work

    Yes, you certainly can. The bottom of a 2 Day Gold Pass states the following:

    XBOX LIVE 2-Day gold Membership, free trial allows access to these Gold features: online multiplayer gaming, Netflix, ESPN on XBOX Live, Facebook, free game demos, exclusive discounts, promotions and video content.

    Free 2-day trial offer is only for use on the XBOX 360 and is not valid for current XBOX Live Gold Members. At the end of your 2-day trial period, your membership will default to the FREE XBOX Live Membership, unless you elect to extend your XBOX Live Gold
    Membership.

    Now what this doesn't tell you is that you cannot play in ranked matches with the trial membership, but you are free to play in social matchmaking playlists for games.

    I don't think it's because of the 2-day gold codes, but try waiting those 2 days. If it doesn't work, I suggest calling Xbox @ 1-800-469-9269 or 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Small problem with XBOX Live Gold.

    Xbox Live Gold for the website & console are Tied into one but. Yes wait 30 days & if that doesn't work you will need to Call Support. Hope that helps.
