Xbox live gold 14 days trial redeen error

Hi,

i redeemed on 14 days trial from xbox one bundle, but it doest relfect on my account. then i redeemed other one from halo 5 which still didnt work, but code showed has been redeemed. please help me.

BTW : when i try to chat with microsoft. FIRST NAME and Last Name showed ?? cause me that failed to contact with supporter. would you help me fix this on my account? thank you

Gold code redeemed but still on Silver

Hi CasualKitten207,

Trial codes does not make you a gold member so your options are limited. Only the 1 month trial makes the account a gold member so if you redeem 2 days, 7 or 14 days trial, your account will still remain silver.

Please don't post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone can steal them.

Keep in mind that trials do not change your account status to gold but will only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. Not all online modes will work. You can verify if the trial is in your subscriptions at

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
