I have 14 days xbox live gold trail and i use it for play with friend in need for speed but when i want start play online i have statement for buy xbox live but i Paste code and when i want to paste it again it doesn't work. HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY !

Hello

I have an active Live Gold 14 days trail on my Xbox ONE S.

I received now my Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold code. If i redeem my code i get every time the same answer (on my PC or Xbox):

"Something went wrong.

Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while."

Can you please explain what is the reason for this error?

Hi.

Xbox Live trial memberships can only be redeemed if you do not have an existing Xbox Live Gold membership. You can redeem a trial code once your current membership has expired.

If you have redeemed a 14 day trial you will see it in your Subscriptions section of the console or you can additionally check you
Microsoft Account Services. Remember the trial you have used must be associated with your account and not another and additionally still valid. You can purchase Gold for a good price either
monthly or annually and I would recommend it, you get access to online gaming, exclusive deals, and free games and many other benefits.

Keep in mind that trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. They will not work with all games or all game modes.

The 14 day trial should be working, if not, try the following.

Hard reset your console: Hold power button for up to 10 seconds and once its off unplug for up to 1 minute, plug back in and try again.

If this doesn't work, check your account to see what you do have redeemed. Check settings, then account
