    hi , i buy a xbox one in a store , i enter my code to have my 14 free days for Xbox live Gold , in my account it's written it's ok , but in game i can't play multiplayer , it's written " i'm not allowed to play on xbox live" but it's a new account ^^"

    i have already disconnect my account from xbox but nothing

    XBOX LIVE GOLD TRIAL BUT NO MULTIPLAYER ACCESS :'C

    Well, I have a 14 days xbox live gold trial, everything's working just fine (could donwload free gold games, gold deals...) BUT I CAN'T PLAY MULTIPLAYER, i tried 6 games they all say the same thing "XBOX LIVE GOLD IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER"

    ps : im on XBOX ONE S .
