Xbox Live Gold 14-day Trial didn't activate on Xbox One

I recently redeemed a code on my Xbox One console for a 14-day Gold trial, but when I attempt to go on a game, it says that I need Gold Membership. I attempted to redeem the code again, but it just said that it had already been redeemed. I'm unsure what
to do.

Xbox Live Gold Membership 14 day trial is not working

just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!

So I purchased a new Xbox one couple of weeks ago and I'm kinda new to the whole Xbox experience since its my first time ever owning one. I checked the gold membership page for live and it said that trial codes don't apply for games with gold, which are
free games for Live gold membership. But all I am after is the Deals with Gold. It didn't say on the page that the trial code doesn't count for discounts, which means that deals with gold for the 14 day trial code can still work.

So Here I am asking you guys for help. Does the 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial that came with my Xbox count for the deals with gold?

When and if I activate it, will I get the discounts for Xbox one games such as for example this week is 67% off for tomb raider.

Hi, a trial code may not allow online play in particular games, it is just a trial of some but not all Xbox Live Gold features. Some games will require you to have a full gold membership, 1 month, 3 month etc

 

Depends on the game if it's destiny you need a paid membrrship trial card don't count as gold only temporary multuplayer access

Usually non ranked matches and no deals or games with gold

 

I've currently only attempted to play Overwatch, and now that I know about it only being for non-ranked games, I'm not as worried. Thanks!
