    Good day. On October 12 2020 I redeemed my Xbox live gold 12 month membership. Today is 2o March 2021. When I switched on my Xbox as I haven't played in about a Month and a half, it says my membership expired. If I am correct it's only been 7 months or so. How is this possible. It states that it's a 12 month membership. Who can help me sort out this problem. I paid. I redeemed but now Microsoft is stealing apparently. I want this sorted ASAP.
