    THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN THIS YEAR, LAST YEAR I COULDN'T GET ONE TO WORK AND HAD TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, SO I PAID TWICE?? YOU ARE SENDING ME EMAILS FOR PAYMENT UPDATE BUT I CAN NOT PAY CAUSE I ALREADY PRE PAID FOR THIS ONE. PLEASE GET THIS TO WORK
    AS I WILL NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UNTIL YOU APPLY MY PRE PAID AMOUNT. PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF SERVICE FOR NON PAYMENT AS I HAVE PAID JUST CAN NOT APPLY IT ON YOUR SIDE. CARD CODE# 8P6DN-J388D-Q43P2-R96WF-MWQ3R , PLEASE SEE ERROR CODE BELOW.

    Recieved 12 month game pass instead of 12 month xbox live gold when i entered key from card

    i added a key from prepaid 12 month xbox live gold card and when the transaction finished i did not have 12 month xbox live gold instead i found that i had gotten 12 month xbox game pass what can i do?

    Go to any retail store that sells video games/console (like Gamestop, Wal-Mart, Target etc...) and they will have Xbox Live Gold month prepaid cards.

    They will look something like this...

    There's a card for 3 months ($25) and 12 months ($60). They used to sell 1 month cards in stores but Microsoft got too greedy.

    12 month subscriptions are not available through Xbox. There are 12 month prepaid cards for Gold sold in retailers. I'm not sure if there are 12 month cards available for Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate.
