xbox live gold 12 month membership

Hi support team,

can you please help to resolve the issue with activating my 12 months xbox live gold membership?

I tried multiple times and face the issue every single time.

getting this error code -

Tried checking this error code - does not work..cannot even check. error check is not responsive.

also when tried to sign up for features like movies yesterday, could not do it. had another error.

so can't really go online with my account to download games. only can install the ones on CDs.

What's going on? I cannot use xbox at all.

codes mean different errors and there may be a different solution for you!
