    Xbox Live Gold 12 Month Membership


    Hi,

    I inserted prepaid code for 12 Month membership. Multiplay access is now OK but I can't find any other proof about the membership. There is also issue with downloading free Gold games.

    Sometimes after you enter the code, you need to log out and then back in to see the updates. The games with gold tab should be on the main page after you are logged in. It might not say 'free' on the tab, but if you open it you will see the offers.

    Tnx, done that but still an issue. Can't see my Gold subscription on my account. Could this be related to xbox live alert?

    You are currently showing as a Silver membership on your gamertag. Please head to commerce.microsoft.com and sign in with the tag that you put the membership on. Check your purchase history.

    If the membership is or is not listed you should contact phone support for more assistance as it does sound like a billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Tnx, I checked my sons MS account and I can see valid 12month membership for him. I thought that adding family members would add "full" Gold membership for all fam users on that console but I guess that is not the case..

    It can. Just have the gamertag that has the Gold membership mark the console as their Home console and add the other members to their family and the membership will share out.

    My Son has xbox gold membership and has his xbox one set as the home console, we then have my other sons xbox one as a family member and no the gold membership doesn't go through !! Any suggestions??

    In order to share the membership the gamertag must be on the same console.
