    I have subscribed XBOX LIVE 1 Year GOLD MEMBERSHIP ON 23 nd august through prepaid card.Firstly my status in xbox live showing that I have one year subscription that it will expire on 23rd august of 2017 next year. But unknowingly I have switched my region
    and after that it is showing that My xbox live gold subscription will expire on 9 th february 2017 and status is showing that I have purchased Xbox live gold by getting offer with switch regions.How to get back my total 1 yr validity of Xbox live subscription...Plz
    help I live in INDIA.And I am new to Xbox one.

    Thanks.I have contacted with MS customer support directly and it has been solved.I have got full one year Xbox live gold plus extra one week for region switch offer.
