Xbox live gold 1 month trial disappeared

To cut a long story short, I had a 1 month Xbox live trial to use so I went on my Xbox one to activate it. I then discovered that there was a 3 months for £6 offer going on so I waited a few weeks for the offer to end because my
trail offer had disappeared. The offer has ended now but my trial is no longer available to use (does not show up, it did before the summer offer). what should I do?

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

If the One Month Xbox Gold membership offer was seen on your dashboard then this is an offer that only shows to newly created profiles which do not have, or have never had, Xbox Gold membership before. So if this is the case, you have taken the other offer
and used that, so the code other offer will now not show.

The free month of Xbox Live gold can be applied from the account creation process if you are making a new account.

If you already have a Microsoft account and don’t have an active Xbox Live Gold paid subscription, you may be able to sign up for an Xbox Live Gold one-month free trial subscription.

Here’s how to sign up:

Sign in to the Subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
If you’re eligible for a free trial, you’ll see Gold – 1 Month FREE Trial as a subscription offering. Select Gold – 1 Month FREE Trial, and then select Next.
If prompted, add a payment option to your account. If you already have a payment option on file, you can use that.

Important At the end of the first (free) month, your trial subscription automatically turns into a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription that renews monthly by default. The paid Xbox Live Gold subscription will renew to the payment option you
added to your account.

If you don’t want the Xbox Live Gold one-month free trial subscription to renew, you must cancel it. See “How to cancel an Xbox Live Gold trial subscription,” below.

Did you enter the code from the 1 month trial for Xbox Live Gold?

I looked on the account management section on my xbox and it says under the your memberships tab that I have xbox live gold (1 month) and there is also a 2-day gold trial but it is faded and I cannot click on it. I dont know if maybe this could be causing
the problem? And if there is a way to have the 2-day trial removed from there? Because it has been over 48hrs since I entered that code and it has not disappeared yet.
