Xbox live gold 1 month offer

So I'm from Mexico, and i have 20 pesos in my account, and there is an offer, one Xbox live gold month for 10 pesos, the issue is I can't pay that month because i need to add a credit card or a PayPal account, I don't use both and if I try to add a PayPal
account logging into Microsoft page, i need to add a credit card.

So, is there any way i can pay that offer?
