Xbox live gold 1 month for $1

I just got a Microsoft account and it says that I can get xbox live gold for $1 if I buy it in the next 2 days. The only problem is every time I try to buy it this message comes up "Try that again something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.
I've tried everything. I restarted my xbox 1, turned it off, I even waited a day. I am trying to pay with my debit card and I know there aren't any problems with my card or my bank. Please help

Yes you will need Xbox live. It works out at around £3.33 a month.

Keep your eye out for some bargains on Xbox live.

I think you might still get a 1 month free pass when you set your account up via the Xbox.

You can currently get a 12 + 1 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership from CDKeys for £29.90.

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

Same. Pretty annoying. I only need a month of live before I travel 7 months for work. But because of something on their end, we are getting shafted. I hope it gets figured out. I bet it'll work just fine tomorrow! urgh!!

MANY of people are having the same issue. I've tried on my console as well as on my computer and also multiple cards. Same problem arises. Looks like it's something internal. Also looks like many people will be screwed out of the $1 Gold deal. Gee, thanks

If only the would extend the deal AFTER they fix the problem. Wishful thinking, right?
