    XBox Live Glold membership is not available to buy with credits. Only MasterCard. ERROR?


    I need to buy a XBox Live Membership for another 12 month but the Store wont let me. I have over 80€ as credits loaded and can buy any Game in the store with it, but it wont let me buy the Gold Membership. Im not willing to invest another 60€ in a Live Gold
    card so i can redeem the Code. So my simple Question is: "How can i buy a Gold Membership 12 Months, witch costs 59,99€ with my already loaded up credits?"

    I want to know if, Xbox live accept national and international Credit Card with flags Mastercard, Visa and Elo? And I talked with the support from Xbox live Brazil which is possible to use National Credit Card from Brazil only in some games, so, what kind
    of games? Give me a example!

    And another question! Americanas store (Lojas americanas in Brazil) have a National credit card Mastercard, so, is possible to use Americanas credit card to buy in Xbox live?

    Thank you for contacting Xbox Support.

    We currently accept the following credit cards for Xbox Live: VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express. Most cards showing the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.

    - It is important that your credit card does not have any limitations and must be set up for internet transactions.

    - Your credit card must have enough available credit.

    If you are not sure whether your credit card has limitations, or if internet transactions are allowed, please contact your financial institute.

    In case you do not wish to use a credit card you have the option to buy an Xbox LIVE pre-paid card. These can be purchased at a retailer and are available in three and twelve month denominations. Pre-paid cards can also be used to purchase Microsoft Points
    (only valid for Xbox 360).

    Didn't even really answer the question!! Surprised?? No!

    You can't buy Xbox Live with the value stored on your account (neither the current currency nor the previous Points system). You can use a payment card or PayPal (in some countries, at least).

    Problems whit Gold

    I'm sorry but you can't purchase a subscription to Gold with
    Microsoft Points    . You can use a debit cart as long as the card is backed by an accepted consumer credit company, such as VISA or MasterCard or you can choose to buy a prepaid code for Xbox LIVE Gold Membership in a store.

    Hello Eveyone,

    I messed around with my (Billing Payment) details and change it etc. I also put the same payment details on my credit card when going to add a new credit. After an hour just today I finally was able to buy something. I actually bought the $1 for 1 month
    xbox live gold membership which was affordable. I apologize and I LOVE XBOX LIVE :)

    In the end Vanilla Prepaid Mastercard does work also Paypal

    The pre paid Xbox Live currency can only be used for Content or buying videos or buying games on Xbox Live service. You will need to buy a Xbox Live membership at your local retailer or buy it directly from Xbox Live using a credit card or debit card.
