Xbox live - global service

Can anyone provide an answer on why Xbox live is not in Romania and several other EU countries?

They are happy to sell games and consoles here but are to lazy to even bother setting up a standard service.

Since I moved for my job here to Romania about 4 years ago, I was always able to use my credit card to pay and use a different region. For now that I want to resub for a year I can't use a card anymore ??? -.- Phil spencer talks about doing better in the
EU, maybe start by making xbox live a global service now some half baked one. MS is telling millions of people worldwide to not buy their console because of this.

I hope to see a change, for now I can only tell you that I won't be buying anymore games. Time to go back to PC gaming at least Steam offers everything

I wonder if anyone will actually ask this question regarding global service in an interview seems everyone tends to 'forget'

Math does not add up.

Points are easier considering how global Xbox Live wants their service to be.

 

XBOX LIVE KEEPS DISCONNECTING EVERY 10-15 mins

Neowin.net announced a global outage of LIVE services on 12/29.

 

It basically just comes down to government rules and regulations in each country and if Microsoft can work with them.
