    Xbox Live gift card expired


    I got a Xbox One 10 Euro gift card at my local Gamestop last week on April 30th, I put in the code but i got a message saying it's expired and to get a new code.

    I got a new code at Gamestop today and was told there was a glitch that was the problem. I have also heard others are being affected by this glitch. Put in the new code the next day but got the same message saying it was expired. I want what I paid for.
    I've tried the code on my Xbox One and on my PC and it keeps saying expired and to get a new code.

    I contacted Gamestop Ireland on Gamestop and they were no help.

    How do I fix this problem? What is causing this issue as well?

    Should cover you. One thing I'm not certain with is if "gift cards" can be used to pre-order physical goods. Might want to check with Microsoft Store support on that?

    why do gift card expire in 90 days

    Only promotional gift cards have an expiration date (that includes gift cards from the Microsoft Rewards program which is stated in the description). If you buy gift cards, they don't expire.
