hi i just want to know that the xbox live games with gold are playable after there downloading date?

For example ive seen fifa 18 available till 26th of june so after installing the game can i play it for free after 26th or should i have to buy that game?

You will not need gold to buy games (but you will need an xbox live id/gamertag) thats a given, same for iplayer (assuming it comes to xbox one)

As for renting movies not sure ive always had gold when ive done it

If it's a free play, with certain date range then you would have to buy it afterwards. They generally offer it a discount though.

FIFA is free for a limited time, not a Games with Gold game. So you would have to buy it in order to continue playing. Any games that have a Free Play weekend or period like that would be the same.

Games with Gold games on the 360 are free to continue playing with no limit. Games with Gold games on the One are free to play as long as you have gold.

Unfortunately your free trial doesn't give you access to the Games with Gold deals, you'll need a full blown Xbox Live Gold membership to take advantage of Games with Gold.
