Xbox live Games with Gold games twice

So, recently my Xbox got the rrod :/ and I missed out on the Sleeping Dogs free download with Gold. I was wondering, if live will release it again at some point for free ?

I've purchased xbox live gold for my boys. On my account on my laptop it states 'xbox live gold'. However on the xbox it states 'xbox live free', so they are unable to play games with their friends. It states that I can update my subscription to xbox live
gold - I refuse to pay twice for this!!!!!

I'd say doubtful. They'd more likely move forward with other titles from the library of games since people who participated in Games with Gold from the start already have Sleeping Dogs.

No worries, the game would be fine even if there are multiple profiles on the console. Also, instead of purchasing the game twice it is possible to set up

game sharing. This will allow the profiles to share games, Xbox Game pass and Xbox Live Gold.
