Xbox Live Games with Gold doesnt work

I have bought xbox live gold on mmoga.de and its working that i can playing online but games with gold doesnt work

Why am I not a Gold member even though I redeemed a code?!

If it is the 14day trial not all features of xbox live work with it ans it doesnt change you to gold just basic multiplayer options and it doesnt work with all games

after that try again to download.

How do I remove an account from my console?

1.Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2.Select Settings.

3.Select All Settings.

4.Under "Account", select Remove accounts.

5.Select the account that you want to remove.

6.Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

then readd it. before you readd do the power cycle first.
