Xbox live games on windows phone

Hi, I have played some Xbox live games on to my windows phone (Lumia 535) and the achievement popup shows, the gamerscore increases, but it doesn't show the Achievements/game in the Xbox Console Companion (on my windows phone), Xbox app on Windows 10, and on my iOS device.

The achievements are definitely registered because it shows in trueachievements.com

On my windows Phone it has an inbuilt Xbox live app that stores your games, allows you to update your profile and check achievements but only window phone games and Xbox 360 appear the Xbox one doesn't
