If by "online subscription" you are referring to Xbox Live Gold, then no, you do not need Xbox Live Gold to play games on your Xbox one, you just need to own the rights to play that game, either by owning a disc, or owning it digitally, or having the digital
rights to play it through a subscription service, such as Xbox Game Pass, or EA access.

Thing is, i don't own an Xbox, i use game for window's live and i can't find it

I would check your purchase history to make sure your account is the one that owns the game, Anything you own will show there or show as owned. It will show as owned in the Xbox store as well. -https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/check-xbox-live-bill
