    Xbox Live Games don't open


    Hello everyone.

    I am microsoft customer for a long time and I'm having problems with games in Xbox Live One. I tried to contact the support several times, but got no solution to the problem.

    Three weeks ago, the following games do not open, they are: battlefield 4, fifa 14, titanfall, plants vs zombies and rayman legends. These five games are mine, but I can not play them !! I tried everything, but always the message like you have to buy them
    again. I do not know what to do. I'm feeling very hurt.

    Please help me, Xbox Live Games don't open :(

    the game don't open.

    my solution was to unplug the guitar hero live USB dongle dont know why but it worked for me

    fifa 18 dont work. after I play the opening game REAL vs ATLETICO, the game not open, it just show me the background without the all things.

    Xbox Live Games don't open

    Hi, have you tried holding the power button down on the xbox one until it turns off. Then turn it on again, and you should be able to play your game.

    Sorry to hear it. Is the game completely downloaded yet? If not you'll need to wait until you see the Ready to Start popup on the screen.

    If it has completely downloaded and still will not start then please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.
