Xbox live, games and apps problems

I tried to get on to any of my games and apps but it's wasn't working it kept coming up with type in a code(0x87de0012) on xbox.com/ errorhelp. But the code is not valid

I then turned it on and off, it's not connecting to xbox live anymore, I have tested the network and everything is fine. I can't do anything without the error message coming up .

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

Xbox One games and Apps problems

Yesterday I started the uptade for Halo Wars 2 but after seing that it didn't start downloading I decided to hard reset my xbox.

After many tries it didn't start and the xbox began to slown down and freeze some times, after that I got the black screen of death.

I looked ont the internet for how to fix it and I managed to do it, then I decided to unistall halo wars 2 to stop the update and tried to play others games, I got the "took too long to start" problem with everything but after many frustrating tries I was
able to play.

Today I tried to install again Halo wars 2, the xbox recognises the disc but do nothing about it, when I try to go into halo wars 2 data in games and apps it freezes, only with this game.

I hard reset many times but nothing is fixed, I took out the disc of HW2 and went to games and apps to find out that halo wars 2 was still installed on my console, I tried to uninstall it, normal routine, but after doing so nothing happens, I tried to unistall
other games but same result. eventually games and apps freezes, I can't return to home so I have to hard reset.

I looked up on the internet to search for possibles causes or fixes and everytime is the same thing, hard reset this, hard reset that. nothing usefull at this point.

I would be gratefull if someone could help me.
